Data collected and purpose
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, consultation area and message solely to respond to your request and, when requested, help arrange an appointment. If you prefer to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you share in that message for the same purpose. Do not send sensitive clinical information through these channels.
Legal basis and retention
Data is processed to respond to pre-contractual steps requested by the user and for the legitimate interest of managing enquiries. It is retained only for the time needed to respond to and manage the request, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Processors and external services
Hosting is provided by Render. When direct submission is enabled, the form uses Formspree as a technical provider. Conversations started through the WhatsApp button are handled by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta: message content is end-to-end encrypted, but communication metadata, such as your phone number and the date and time, is subject to that service's privacy policy. OpenStreetMap may receive technical data, such as your IP address, when loaded. Fonts are served from this website, with no third-party connection. These providers process data under their respective policies and applicable safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your data using the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
