Founded in February 2026, with roots in the community
MedicAll was created to offer Gafanha da Nazaré close, differentiated healthcare with time for every person.
We bring different clinical areas together in a welcoming space, where prevention, continuity and trust guide every consultation.

Questions we hear often
How do I book an appointment?
By email or phone with our receptionist. There is no online booking — we confirm the day and time with you.
Do I need a referral or a family doctor?
No. All our consultations are booked directly, with no referral needed.
Can I get a medical certificate or a driving licence check-up?
Yes. Medical, driving licence and sports certificates may be issued in a General Practice appointment, subject to medical assessment.
How far in advance should I book a travel medicine appointment?
Ideally four to six weeks before departure, so vaccines have time to take effect. Even at short notice, the consultation is still worthwhile.
